Brewing Notes

Pre-boil gravity 1.090 (est 1.092). Pre-boil volume 8g. Post-boil gravity 1.120 (est 1.117). Post-boil volume 6g (est 6.5g). Fermenter volume 5g (est 5.5g). Notes: Waited 10min after vorlauf before transferring to boil. Slightly tilted the mashtun while draining. Changed to 90 min boil. Killed ALL of the propane tanks - stopped boil 3 times. Added 2.5lb DME during boil. Marshmallow Fluff @ 10 min.
