Pre-boil gravity 1.070/1.085/1.015 (est 1.091). Pre-boil volume 9.5g. Post-boil gravity est 1.138. Post-boil volume 7.5g (est 6.5g). Fermenter volume 5.5g. Mash temp 155F (est 158F). Notes: #tonycanthang. New regulator is GREAT. 160 for first 15min of mash. Added 2lb DME bc pre-boil sucked.
